Our Terms and Conditions

This section relates only to the sale of consumer fireworks. For the terms and conditions of our professional fireworks displays please contact us directly and we will send these to you.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the fireworks prices quoted and will be added to the basket dependent on postcode.

Payment is taken via PayPal who accept most major credit cards. If you cannot pay by credit card then you must place your order directly with Frontier Fireworks by agreement and goods will not be dispatched until an alternative payment method such as bank transfer has cleared in the bank. In any case, goods will not be dispatched until payment in full has cleared. We do not offer sale or return on any of our products.

Any discount codes that you may have must be entered at the time of purchase, they cannot be applied afterwards.

There is no minimum order value but orders under the value of £25.00 will need to be collected.

Frontier Fireworks reserve the right to change the prices on the website without notice.

Fireworks Delivery

We only deliver fireworks to select areas within the South East, please refer to our delivery information page for postcodes of delivery areas.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days of receipt of your order. We will endeavour to inform you of the date and approximate time for delivery. Someone over the age of 18 must be in to receive the order. Any query on non-delivery or pack contents should be made to us within 3 days of delivery – otherwise we cannot accept responsibility.

No orders can be collected from our address without prior arrangement. No fireworks are stored at this location.

For any urgent deliveries, please contact Frontier Fireworks Ltd directly and orders will be considered at their discretion.

Frontier Fireworks Ltd shall not be liable for any claim arising out of late or non-supply of goods. The buyer accepts the risks involved with ordering such material.

Wax Torch & Candle Lantern Bag Delivery

We deliver wax torches and candle lantern bags throughout the mainland UK and to the Highlands. For any other areas please contact us directly to discuss.

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 5 working days of receipt of your order. We will endeavour to inform you of the date on which your order is to be dispatched. Any query on non-delivery or pack contents should be made to us within 3 days of delivery – otherwise we cannot accept responsibility. Please do not sign the delivery note if any boxes are missing. This will invalidate any claim that we may be able to make in the rare event of lost items. Please note – a refused delivery cannot be reinstated.

No orders can be collected from our address without prior arrangement. No products are stored at this location.

Collection

Collection is free from our office in Berwick but this must be arranged directly with Frontier Fireworks as no products are stored at this address. When you place your order you will need to wait for confirmation that the products are ready to collect. There is no minimum charge for collected items.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is subject to postcode. For all orders a delivery charge of £5.00 Incl. VAT to £15.00 Incl. VAT will be charged, again depending on the postcode of the delivery address. This price for delivery will be automatically added to the order total once the postcode has been completed on the delivery address and before you have to confirm your final order.

Substitutions

All products on our website are subject to availability. When items are out of stock, this should be listed by each individual product. However Frontier Fireworks Ltd reserves the right to make substitutions to orders in the rare case of goods being unavailable. Any substitutions will be to an equal or greater value of the firework replaced. We will endeavour to inform you of any substitutions in advance but you have the right to return any substitutions in which case Frontier Fireworks will pay for the cost of the items being returned.

Cancellation

Where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods and the delivery. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter sent to the address shown on this website. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense as soon as possible. Frontier Fireworks Ltd will arrange collection of the goods using their preferred carrier.

Regulations

  • All fireworks will carry the appropriate CE mark.
  • All fireworks will be Category 3 fireworks only.
  • Fireworks are sold on the condition that they are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over. It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public place.
  • By creating an account and ordering fireworks through this website you are confirming that you are eighteen years of age or over.

Insurance

Frontier Fireworks are not liable for the use or misuse of any of the products we sell. No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.

Force Majeure

Frontier Fireworks Ltd shall be relieved of its obligations wherever and to the extent to which fulfilment is prevented, frustrated or impeded as a consequence of any cause outside the reasonable control of the seller including (but not limited to) Acts of God, fire, floods, war or civil disturbance or riot, Acts of Government, currency restriction or fluctuation, labour disputes, strikes, unavailability of materials or failure of supplier or subcontractor to deliver on time.
