Fireworks are classed as hazardous goods, so they will be shipped by our own drivers who are licensed to carry them. We will confirm a delivery window with you before despatch. Someone over 18 must be present to sign for the order.
Unused, sealed fireworks can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or part-used items. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we will put it right.
