We really do excel at performing stunning city and town centre fireworks displays all over the UK.
Whilst these displays tend to be Christmas orientated we have also performed launches and specialist shows for all types of events.
Some clients come to us and have the mindset that fireworks cannot be launched from the tops of buildings or next to buildings in close proximity locations. We like proving that we can safely fire displays from all types of surfaces and structures whether this is a multi-storey car park or an ancient cathedral.
When a client first contacts us we arrange a site visit so that we can assess whether a display can be safely performed and then when we get contracted, the design work takes place.
Quite often we combine fireworks and pyro and use lots of specialist equipment including technical frames that hold fireworks and our superb wireless firing system.
We are often approached about firing displays from challenging locations that other companies have said are impossible. We use our extensive knowledge in this area and our brilliant attitude to problem solving to find ways around these obstacles to the delight of clients.
Quite often we are asked to perform Christmas Light Switch-on fireworks displays in town or city centres which demands extensive knowledge of firing sites and fallout areas for debris. We colour and effect co-ordinate our Christmas displays so that these look that extra bit special with Christmas music.
We have fired both daylight and night time fireworks from the tops of cathedrals and churches for festivals and anniversaries and have worked for a large number of clients requiring rooftop displays over the past years.
Performing displays in city or town centres has often involved us locating and using multi-storey car parks where we have a large platform from which to launch our fireworks. Sometimes the firing sites have been quite small so that we have had to fit a large amount of fireworks into small areas, this is a different challenge but one that we are able to work around. We have also used a range of machinery to lift equipment onto rooftops and structures too.
One of our most physically and technically demanding displays was firing two displays from the top of Southwark Cathedral for the 800th Anniversary of the Great Fire of Southwark. Those of us who worked on that display still remember how our legs felt… three days after the event!
